Expect a response: I'm usually pretty quick answering a reservation inquiry or other question. I would say over 90% on the same day. The one exception would be if I happen to be on vacation and cannot get to a computer. I usually do set up the auto answer feature of my mail service. So you will get some response. But some times in the rush of getting ready, I do forget. But I will answer your email as soon as I return.
