Make a Reservation

  1. Check on the availability of your dates, I do keep this calendar up to date.
  2. Review the terms of rental
  3. Request a reservation by submmiting the reservation inquiry form or contacting me directly
  4. Receive confirmation of reservation - Once you have requested your dates, I will contact you by phone or e-mail to agree to dates and set the rental rate (including taxes).
  5. Send $150 deposit within 3 days of confirmation - I request $150 within 7 days of confirmation to secure your reservation. I will notify you by email as soon as I receive the deposit.
  6. Balance of your payment is due 21 days prior to arrival - This will provide the time necessary ensure that the key and resort guest pass can be mailed to you before your visit.

Terms and Conditions


Weekly Rentals

Weekly rentals are Saturday arrival to Saturday departure.


Daily Rentals

Daily rentals are subject to a 3 night minimum and are only available Winter, Spring and Fall.


Monthly Rentals

Monthly Rentals are available for "snow-birds" during the Winter months. Call or e-mail for rates.


Cancellation

Cancellation of your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date may result in loss of your $150 deposit. If cancellation is more than 30 days from your arrival date or if we are able to re-rent the canceled week, there will be no charges.


Occupancy

This condo is limited to 6 persons, including a maximum of 4 adults. The resort does not allow pets. And please, no smoking in the villa (although on the balcony is OK).


Arrival/Departure

No check in or check out is necessary. Directions, resort pass and the key are mailed to you prior to your arrival date. Arrival time is after 4:00 pm. Departure is by 10:00 am. Upon departure, just use the pre-addressed and stamped envelope to return your key.
