Make A Reservation:

Thank you for your interest in renting my villa. The procedure for renting the villa involves the following steps:

1. Review the terms of rental
2. Check on the availability of your dates, I do keep this calendar up to date.
3. Request a reservation by submmiting the reservation inquiry form or contacting me directly
4. Receive confirmation of reservation
5. Send $150 security deposit within 3 days of confirmation
6. Balance of your payment is due 21 days prior to arrival,

Check Availability

Check the calendar to see if your desired dates are available. Note, that even if your date is not available, or if your group needs multiple villas, you can still contact me. I do know a couple of other owners that have nice villas in the same resort and would be happy check with them on their availability.

Request a Reservation

If you wish to make  a reservation, you have a couple of options:

• Fill in the following "Reservation Request" form and click the submit button. Your request will be emailed to me and I will get back to you by phone or e-mail in the next day or two.
• Feel free to call me at (614)267-8869 (best time weekdays is after 7PM, anytime on week-ends).
• Email me at todd@toddsvilla.com. Please include the following information:
  • desired date of arrival and departure, 
  • information so that I can contact you, 
  • how many adults and children will be in your party, 
  • any other comments or questions that you might have.

Receive confirmation

Once you have requested your dates, I will contact you by phone or e-mail to agree to dates and set the rental rate (including taxes). Confirmation will be given verbally, or by e-mail.

Security Deposit

I request $150 within 7 days of confirmation to secure your reservation. I will notify you by email as soon as I receive the deposit. The cancellation policy is explained here.

Pay Balance

The balance is expected 21 days prior to your arrival. This will provide the time necessary ensure that the key and resort guest pass can be mailed to you before your visit.
