Terms of Rental:

Weekly Rentals

Weekly rentals are Saturday arrival to Saturday departure.

Daily Rentals

Daily rentals are subject to a 3 night minimum and are only available Winter, Spring and Fall.

Monthly Rentals

Monthly Rentals are available for "snow-birds" during the Winter months. Call or e-mail for rates.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date may result in loss of your $150 deposit. If cancellation is more than 30 days from your arrival date or if we are able to re-rent the canceled week, there will be no charges.

Occupancy

This condo is limited to 6 persons, including a maximum of 4 adults. The resort does not allow pets. And please, no smoking in the villa (although on the balcony is OK).

Arrival/Departure

No check in or check out is necessary.

Directions, resort pass and the key are mailed to you prior to your arrival date.

Upon departure, just use the pre-addressed and stamped envelope to return your key.

Arrival time is after 4:00 pm

Departure is by 10:00 am
